Studio Policy & Agreement

Snow days will follow the Dowagiac School closings and will be emailed, text, and social media.

The studio will communicate with parents & dancers through e-mail, texts, and social media for any updates.

Minimum of 5 dancers required to carry class. Otherwise, classes may be combined or cancelled.

Tuition price remains the same each month regardless of the number of weeks. All instances, including Holidays have been factored into pricing.

Unlimited pricing may NOT be combined with Class & Dancer Discounts.

Family Unlimited & Multiple Dancer Discount require members to be of immediate family ONLY and living in the same household.

Auto-pay is processed on your credit card on the 8th of each month (October 2026-April 2027) Auto-pay enrollment is a requirement through Dance Studio Pro. for each student. In the months of October, November, & December your credit card on file will be charged for Tuition and Recital Costume installments. Your credit card will not be charged if your fees are paid on or before the 8th of each month.
